First, choose citrus fruits that have a nice rind without spots, then cut into thin slices that have a thickness varying between 3 and 5 mm. Put the slices of citrus fruits on a paper towel and allow the juice to be partly absorbed. Arrange the slices of citrus fruits on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 100° C and bake the slices for about 3-4 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
To prevent the slices of citrus fruits from becoming too dry, leave a dish towel in the oven door so that it does not completely close.When the slices of citrus fruits are completely dry, spray evenly with a little hairspray to make them shiny.
