There are countless ways to use citrus fruits. From the pulp to the peel, each part of a citrus fruit is precious. They are ideally-suited as food, either for direct consumption, or to make juices, and use as a base for ice-creams and slushies.
Thanks to its essence, the peel is often used in cosmetics. The waste is often milled as compost and used as organic topdressing for the soil of fields and groves, and as animal feed for cattle.
