  • 1 oz/3 cl blueberry juice
  • Top up with Sanpellegrino Aranciata Amara
  • HOW TO

Sourberry is a full bodied mocktail that combines dark cherries, blueberries and Aranciata Amara in an exciting concoction that expertly balances sweet, sour and bitter notes in simple harmony. Its smooth finish with the most pleasurable bitterness will elevate just about any simple meal to a fine tasting experience. Match it with a crispy bruschetta or maybe just some simple marinated olives and let Sourberry tingle your tastebuds!

Pour the juice and syrup in a chilled highball glass. Using a bar spoon, stir until combined well, and fill to the top with ice. Complete the non-alcoholic cocktail by topping up with Sanpellegrino Aranciata Amara and garnish with fresh blueberries

If you are 18 years old or over you can turn the Sourberry into an alcoholic drink by adding 1 oz of tequila and stir well.
