    Tangy sweetness of orange juice, floral richness from ripe pear, and the lightest dash of black pepper syrup and yuzu in equal doses may seem like an unlikely combination.     In a tall tumbler (12 oz/36 cl capacity) add some ice cubes then put all the ingredients in the order listed above. Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.

    If you are 18 years old or over you can turn the Oriental Express Arancia Pera into an alcoholic drink by adding 1 oz/3 cl of sake. Stir well then serve.
