  • 30 ml sage and mint syrup
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • Top up with Sanpellegrino Chinotto

Sanpellegrino Chinotto, the drink with a cult following that was founded in the ‘50s, is the star of the show in the Green Chinotto mocktail. The unique flavors of quality sun-ripened chinotto oranges from southern Italy blend in beautiful harmony with sour lime and the herbal notes of sage and mint. Those who are tired of overly sweet cocktails will be delighted with this beverage that will be sure to add extra spice to any kind of day. Try it with a cipollina Catanese or a farinata and bring the Italian sunshine to the party.

Fill a large, sturdy glass (400 ml capacity) with all the syrup and lime juice. Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine. Fill glass with ice and top up with Sanpellegrino Chinotto. Garnish with a lime segment and fresh mint.

If you are over the age of 18, you can turn the Green Chinotto into an alcoholic beverage by adding 30 ml of bourbon whiskey.
